SWISS PROCEDURES:
The Transactions will take a place between Seller’s Bank Bullion Officer and Buyer’s Bank Bullion Officer according to accepted Swiss Procedure.

Seller issues to the Buyer a draft copy of the final contract (this document) for Buyer’s approval. Buyer makes any necessary changes to the contract and remits the contract back to the Seller.

Buyer submits to the Seller the Letter of Intent to Purchase AU Metal (LOI) with the full corporate and legal responsibility starting their intent to purchase the AU as herein outline.

The Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO), Preliminary Sales & Purchase Commercial Contract and full bank coordinates and signs the same forwarding four (4) certified and signed copies to the Buyer.

The buyer signs all copies and remits two (2) copies back to the Seller along with the Confirmed Purchased Corporate Order Proof and Buyer’s full Banking coordinates. This final signing fixes the time window.

Seller and Buyer meet on KTT (bank-to-bank) basis through their respective Bank Bullion Officer, who each in turn prove the existence of the AU Metal and the proof of Funds in that order as follows:

Seller bank deposits the following original documents with the Buyer’s bank:

Certificate of Origin.
Certificate of Ownership
Certificate of Assayer’s Report
Certificate of Insurance
Commercial Invoice
Certification stating the Gold Bullion (AU Metal) is free of any
and all liens, encumbrances.

Buyer bank verifies that the Buyer is willing and able to purchase the commodity represented by the above referenced Certificates

Seller blocks the requested documents in his bank for the Buyer favor.

Buyer deposits the agreed amount in the blocked account at his bank for the Seller’s favor.

The financial operation of transaction will simultaneously via KTT/SWIFT Ledger Transfer Funds.

Within five (5) days the Seller’s Bank will transfer the product to the Buyer’s Bank

WE CAN WORK UNDER DIFFERENT PROCEDURES, BUT SWISS IS PREFERRED WHEN WE BUY.
